1. Request review and acceptance
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. ATSser reviews scope, access, feasibility, timeline, and payment terms before accepting or starting work.
2. Scope and milestone delivery
Accepted work is delivered based on agreed scope, deliverables, assumptions, and access availability. Any change outside agreed scope may require revised cost, timeline, or a separate milestone.
3. Clarifications and final changes
If ATSser marks a request as Need Clarification or Final Changes Requested, the user should provide notes through the request details page. ATSser will review those notes before deciding next status.
4. Client access and test data
The client is responsible for providing safe application access, test users, non-production data where possible, and required documentation. Avoid sharing sensitive production credentials unless a separate secure process is agreed.
5. Invoices and payment
Invoices may include line items, discounts, additional costs, taxes, due date, terms, and admin notes. QR-based payments are manually verified by ATSser. A user marking payment completed does not mean payment is confirmed until admin verification is completed.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Users may cancel a request where the system allows cancellation. Work already started, delivered, reviewed, or invoiced may not be refundable unless specifically agreed in writing.
7. Ownership and reuse
Client-specific test data, application details, and confidential materials remain with the client. ATSser may reuse generic framework concepts, utilities, templates, and non-client-specific learning unless restricted by a written agreement.
8. No guarantee of defect-free software
Automation improves coverage and consistency but does not guarantee that an application is defect-free. Final quality ownership remains with the client and project team.
9. Limitation of liability
ATSser is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific accepted milestone unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Changes to terms
ATSser may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the website or service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
